These terms apply to orders placed with Shift Sports Inc. ("Shift Sports", "we") through this website, our team stores, or directly with our team.

Orders and design approval

Custom orders are produced from the design, sizes, names and numbers you approve. Please review your mockups and order details carefully, including spelling, numbers and sizes, before approving. Design and mockups are free.

Pricing, taxes and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Sales tax is added where required and can be removed for qualifying organizations that provide a valid resale or tax-exempt certificate. We accept card payments at checkout, and Zelle, check or school purchase orders for team orders.

Logos and artwork

By sending us a logo or artwork, you confirm you have the right to use it on your team's apparel. We cannot print trademarks you do not own or have permission to use, such as professional or college logos.

Custom items

Custom items are made to order. Returns, remakes and refunds follow our Refund and Remake Policy. Delivery follows our Shipping Policy.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
