Shipping Policy

Production

All uniforms are custom made to order. Production time depends on the order and is confirmed with you when you place it. Team store orders are produced in regular batches.

Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address entered at checkout with tracking, or delivered to your team or club when arranged with your team. When your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number. You can also check it on our order tracking page.

Shipping costs

Any shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, or it arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we will help resolve it.
