Custom, made-to-order items

Every uniform and custom item is made specifically for your team, with your design, colors, numbers and sizes. Because of this, custom items cannot be returned or refunded once production has started.

Changes and cancellations

You can change or cancel an order before it goes into production. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we will update it.

If we made a mistake

If an item arrives with a defect, a misprint, or a size, number or design that does not match your approved order, we will remake and replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.

Size exchanges

If the size you ordered does not fit, contact us. We will help with a replacement, and a remake fee may apply because each item is made to order. Please check our size chart before ordering.
