Ordering team uniforms usually lands on one volunteer or coach: chase sizes, collect money, check numbers, deal with the player who joined late. We built our process to take that work off your plate. You get a custom design, a clear way to collect sizes and numbers, and an order that is double-checked before it is packed.

Two ways to order

Order by roster. Fill in our order form with each player's size, number and optional name. This works well when the club or school pays for uniforms and wants one order.

Open a team store. We build an online team store for your team. Parents choose items, enter the player number, pick sizes and pay directly. The player number and every size are required, and youth and adult sizes cannot be mixed. Your team is notified of every order. Read why every youth club needs an online team store.

Getting sizes and numbers right

Most team uniform problems come from sizing and numbering, not design. A few habits prevent almost all of them:

• Measure against a real size chart instead of guessing from another brand.
• Keep one person responsible for the roster and assign numbers before sizes are collected.
• Do not mix youth and adult sizes on the same line.
• Order a few spare jerseys in common sizes for late sign-ups.

A simple timeline for your next order

Working backward from your first game keeps the whole process calm.

• Eight or more weeks out: send your design request with logo, colors and items.
• Six to seven weeks out: review mockups, make revisions and approve the design.
• Around the same time: collect sizes and numbers, or open your team store so families can order.
• About 4 weeks from design approval: production is complete and every order is packed and double-checked for delivery.

If you are short on time, tell us when you request your design. We will help you choose a simple set of items, keep revisions focused and make sure your roster or team store is ready the moment the design is approved. The step that most often slows teams down is collecting sizes, so the sooner families have the size chart in hand, the better. Teams that use a team store usually finish this step fastest, because parents can order from their phone the same day the store opens and the store will not accept an order without a player number and sizes.

Everything matches, all season

Team uniforms are often just the start. Training kits, tracksuits, windbreakers, polos, hoodies, backpacks and grip socks can all be designed to match, and coaches can get their own coach set. Because everything is built from the same artwork, items added mid-season still match. Production takes about 4 weeks from design approval.
