Ordering custom soccer uniforms for a whole club or school team can feel like a lot: colors, crests, numbers, sizes and a deadline before the first game. Here is the simple process we use with clubs, high schools, colleges and AYSO regions.
1. Decide what your players need
Most teams start with a game kit (jersey, shorts and socks), often in a home and an away color. Many add a goalkeeper kit, training kit, tracksuit, windbreaker, backpack or grip socks. A full set of everything a player needs is often called a spirit pack.
2. Send your crest, colors and ideas
Share your logo (the highest quality file you have), your team colors and anything you like or dislike: stripes, patterns, sponsors, fonts, where the number goes. Reference photos help a lot.
3. Review mockups until they are right
We design every kit around your crest. Mockups are free and we revise them until you are happy, so you see exactly what the team will wear before anything is made.
4. Collect sizes, names and numbers
This is where most mistakes happen. Collect each player's size, number and (if you print them) name in one place. Use a real size chart and make sure youth and adult sizes are not mixed up. Many clubs skip the spreadsheet completely with an online team store, where parents enter sizes and numbers and pay directly.
5. Production, packing and delivery
Once the order is confirmed it goes into production. Each order is packed, double-checked and delivered to your team or shipped to families.
Tips from hundreds of team orders
- Order a few spare jerseys in common sizes for late sign-ups.
- Keep one person responsible for the roster.
- Lock in your design early so the deadline is about production, not decisions.
